2026 Country Cup, between NHDLGA and HRDGA, was held at East’s Leisure and Golf Maitland. 30 players from each district braved the tough conditions. s usual, it was a close match with only 21 points deciding the winner. In the end, A the finish, NHDLGA were the winners with 455 points to HRDGA’s 434. In match summary, NHDLGA won 9 matches and squared 1.

History
In 2019 NHDLGA and HRDGA met to discuss introducing a modified Country Cup competition between the two Districts. It was decided the event will be held beginning in 2019 with competition sites alternating between the two Districts. The first Country Cup was held in October 2019 at Kurri. The selected format was a 4BBB stableford two-person team event with a team from NHDLGA playing with/against the HRDGA team. Each District entered 17, 2 player teams (34 players) and the aggregate of the Best Ball scores determined the County Cup winner.
