The 2026 NHDLGA 2-Day Championship was held on 26 and 27 October on the beautiful Gymea Lily Course at the Nelson Bay Golf Club. More than 80 ladies took to the course to compete for championship honours. Congratulations to our winners

Despite a brief but VERY heavy downpour, the weather was generally kind to the players, providing excellent conditions for two days of competitive golf in a stunning setting. The course presented its fair share of challenges, with some tricky pin placements testing the skills, patience and determination of the field. Competition was fierce, and every shot counted as the players battled it out for the coveted championship titles.

An event of this size would not be possible without the incredible support of our volunteers, and this year was no exception. From raking bunkers and helping players search for errant balls to providing morning tea and attending to the many tasks behind the scenes, our volunteers went above and beyond to ensure the championship ran smoothly.
Their enthusiasm and willingness to help made a huge difference to the event and helped create a wonderful experiencefor everyone involved.
